Tuna Macaroni Salad

Tuna Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 (6 ounce) can light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
  • 3/4 cup thawed peas
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons sliced stuffed green olives
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

Preparation:
Cook the macaroni according to the directions on the package. Drain the water and rinse them under cold water. Take a large serving bowl and add tuna, parsley, peas, olives, macaroni and celery. In a small bowl, add and combine the remaining ingredients. Cover the salad and keep it in the refrigerator for at least for 4 hours.
