Wrapped Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 8 sheets phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Preparation:
Preheat oven at 375 degrees F. Cut log shaped pieces out of the fillet. Take two sheets of phyllo dough, put them one over the other, brush them with melted butter, covering one side completely. Before rolling the salmon in the phyllo dough, sprinkle it with salt and pepper and coat it with one tablespoon of mustard. Take the sides of the dough and fold them towards the center. Brush all the sides of the dough with butter and place them on baking sheet. After applying the same steps to the other salmon fillets, bake them in the oven for 20 minutes until the dough becomes golden brown.
