Baked Salmon

Baked Salmon with Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4  salmon fillets
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomato dressing

Preparation:
Put the salmon fillets, with the skin side down, in a baking dish previously sprayed with cooking spray. Mix the remaining ingredients until they are well blended and homogeneous and spread them over the cooked fillets. Bake the salmon at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes
